All Pagoda Vents fit on 4” diameter pipes.

If you have a smaller pipe use a reducer to make the connection.

If you have a larger pipe make the connection with a manifold and risers. You will need enough risers to equal the volume of flow of the main pipe.

Replace your existing vent with a Pagoda Vent that is the similar in height you have now.

Don’t have one? You can always ask a local septic design engineer, installer or town health or engineering department if there are any local or state requirements. Most often there are no requirements specific to the height of a vent.

Generally, a 3’ Pagoda Vents is suitable in snow county; 2’ if you get snow but not super deep snow and 1’ everywhere else.

Snow settles naturally and it even settles more around a warm vent pipe, plus air can passively move through snow. So the vent will still be functioning even if you don’t see it for seasonal periods of time.

Leach fields are loaded with aerobic (oxygen loving) bacteria that are working to clean the wastewater. These bugs require an oxygen rich environment to thrive. Rich Moss, blends best if its out in the lawn or near lots of greenery.

The Wood Bark blends well near or with a backdrop of shrubs and tree lines, or in a shady area of the yard.

Either the Rich Moss or Wood Bark will go near or in any garden.

It can also be easily added after initial installation. The Pagoda Odor Filter Cartridge is easily installed and replaced. It slides right inside the Pagoda, invisible from sight, it is not an unsightly add on.

The Pagoda Odor Filter Cartridge is packed with specialized septic odor eating media that last years. Under normal household operating conditions the Pagoda Odor Filter Cartridge lasts 3-5 years. That will vary depending on the strength of the waste and the volume of air moving through the cartridge.
